Clarity isn't a luxury. It's your operating advantage.
You didn't start an agency to become an operations expert.
But here you are, juggling SOWs and pitch decks, trying to figure out if you're actually making money on that project, wondering if you need a PM or if you can just keep winging it.
You started this because you're good at the craft. You wanted to build a place where great creative work could happen. But somewhere between landing clients and managing growth, you became the person who lives in spreadsheets and contract templates.
[01 Services]
Most founders know something has to change — they just don’t know where to start.
[02 About]
You need someone who's been in the seat before.
I’ve spent two decades inside creative agencies. Leading teams, managing complex client relationships, and partnering closely with founders to scale what they’ve built. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to learn from and work with incredible teams led by talented founders like Michael Lebowitz at SPCSHP, Halli Thorleifsson at Ueno, Dan Mall at Superfriendly, Aaron Shapiro at Product and Chris Johns at Bttr — collaborating with their teams and shaping work for some of the world’s most ambitious brands.
I’ve seen what makes agencies stall, and what makes them thrive: clarity, structure, and a business model built for the way work really happens.
Vagabond Collective is me plus a small team of senior operators I've worked with throughout my career. When clients need deeper execution support, someone managing the day-to-day of operations or leading a complex project, I bring in people I trust completely. You'll always work directly with me, but you get the benefit of a curated team without paying for a big consultancy.
Think of me as a steady partner for the next chapter. I bring operational depth, creative instinct, and a genuine love for making work that actually works. Honest when it counts, practical when it matters.
If you're ready to get your agency's operations in order so you can focus on the work that made you start this thing in the first place—let's talk.
[03 Process]
Discovery
We start with an honest conversation about what's actually going on.
We talk about what's keeping you up at night, where you're stuck, and what you've already tried. I ask questions about your business model, your team, your clients, and your goals so I can understand what you actually need.
Proposal
I map out a plan that's tailored to your situation.
Based on what I've learned, I'll outline what I'd do and how we'd structure the engagement—retainer, project-based, or something in between. If the scope calls for it, I'll let you know who from the collective would work with us.
Partnership
I roll up my sleeves and get to work.
This is hands-on partnership, not advice from the sidelines. We check in regularly, adjust as needed, and build the operational foundation you actually need, not some theoretical ideal that looks good on paper but doesn't fit how your team really works.
